Complete Aviation Support Services
Air Navigation
Air Navigation is the language of flying, ensuring pilots understand their position, route, and safe arrival. It forms the foundation for instrument flying, airline operations, and advanced avionics systems. The exam includes 100 multiple-choice questions, completed within 180 minutes, requiring 70% passing mark.
Air Metrology
Weather plays a critical role in aviation safety. Pilots must interpret forecasts and reports to make real-time decisions and avoid hazards like turbulence, icing, and storms. The meteorology exam includes 50 multiple-choice questions, completed within 90 minutes, requiring 70% to pass.
Air Regulation
This ensures pilots fly legally and safely within Indian and international airspace. It builds discipline and judgement critical for decision making in real world scenarios. There is a total of 50 multiple choice questions which have to be solved under 75 minutes and passing marks is 70%.
Technical General
Technical General builds the technical foundation for safe aircraft operation. It ensures pilots understand how and why aircraft systems work, not just how to operate them. There is a total of 100 multiple choice questions which have to be solved under 150 minutes and passing marks is 70%.
Technical Specific
It ensures pilots are fully competent in the aircraft they will fly. It builds confidence in handling emergencies & abnormal situations. It is required for endorsement on a specific aircraft type in your license. There is a total of 50 multiple choice questions which have to be solved under 60 minutes & passing marks is 70%.
HOW TO BECOME A PILOT

Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized board. If you did not opt for these subjects, the best option is to choose NIOS.
- Minimum age of 17 years for enrollment and 18 years for CPL issuance.
- Candidate should ably read, write, understand and converse in English.
Medical Requirements:
- Class II Medical Examination - Visit the DGCA website to find approved examiners/doctors for Class II medical examination. After an appointment, get necessary tests done and receive a CA 35 form. Once all medical documents reach DGCA, they’ll issue a certificate from the medical needed for Class I medical examination.
- Class I Medical Examination - For Class I Initial Medical Examination, submit an application form at DGCA after Class II. Take an appointment and get necessary tests done. Verify laboratory test reports, and you’ll receive the Class I medical certificate. For Class I Renewal Medical Examination, renewals are mandatory as Class I assessments are valid for a year. Apply one month before expiry with the original certificate, NOC, and required documents.
